Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons or due to high order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the shipping destination. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Please note that these estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or adverse weather conditions.
Shipping Carriers
We use a variety of shipping carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, to ensure the most efficient delivery of your order. The carrier chosen will depend on the shipping destination, package size, and other factors.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship to addresses within the United States.

Shipping Address Changes
If you need to change the shipping address on your order, please contact our main office at admin@cba.education or call us at 541-383-5097 during our regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 8am to 3pm) as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact our main office at admin@cba.education or call us at 541-383-5097 within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or replace it if necessary.
